☕🍂 PSL season is here and it’s not just your cup that’s changing.

This season signals a shift and it’s not just flavor – it’s about fresh perspective. It’s also about what it brings:

• Sharpening skills that keep pace with change
• Finding new ways to connect with others
• Leading with curiosity instead of certainty

For me, that means evolving processes that need refinement and staying curious in an environment that keeps changing.

Just like the return of a PSL, learning isn’t one-and-done. It’s something to savor, season after season.
